SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-12
REORGANIZING THE HALLS OF JUSTICE COORDINATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Section 6, Article VIII of the Constitution grants the Supreme Court administrative supervision over all courts and its personnel; DHITCc
WHEREAS, the Court has approved the construction of the Manila Halls of Justice, the Cebu City Court of Appeals Building, and the Cagayan de Oro City Court of Appeals Building;
WHEREAS, in the Resolution dated 17 July 2012 in A.M. No. 12-7-14-SC, the Court has set aside the funds for the construction of the said halls of justice;
WHEREAS, there is a need to oversee the progress of the construction of the said halls of justice to ensure their timely and proper construction;
In view of the foregoing, the Halls of Justice Coordinating Committee is hereby reorganized as follows:

This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 2nd day of October 2012.
