SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 54-10
REORGANIZING THE COMMITTEE ON JUSTICE ON WHEELS
WHEREAS, the Committee on Justice on Wheels was reorganized on 27 May 2007 with the issuance of Memorandum Order No. 29-2007;
WHEREAS, due the retirement of the Committee Chairperson and the promotion of some of its members, there is a need to reconstitute said Committee and designate additional members thereof, as well as to formally designate the incumbent Chairperson;
WHEREAS, said reconstitution, designation and formal designation are essential to the efficient management and implementation of the activities of this Committee;
WHEREAS, the Court Administrator, Deputy Court Administrators (DCAs) and Assistant Court Administrators (ACAs) have been assigned their respective judicial regions or areas for their administrative supervision;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved that the Committee on Justice on Wheels be reconstituted and reorganized as follows:

| Members: | (3) The Deputy Court Administrators |
| (4) The Assistant Court Administrators | |
| (5) The Chief, Public Information Office or Representative | |

| (7) The Chief, Fiscal Management and Budget Office or Representative | |
| (8) Representative of the Office of the Chief Justice | |
| Secretary: | (9) To be designated by the Chairperson |
| Asst. Secretary: | (10) To be designated by the Chairperson |
The membership of the DCAs and ACAs shall be insofar as their respective judicial region/s or area/s is/are concerned;
Further, this Committee shall henceforth be renamed as the Committee on the Enhanced Justice on Wheels (E-JOW).
The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Members and Secretariat of this Committee shall receive the usual expense allowance;
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 30th day of November 2010.
