SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 17-13
REORGANIZING THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON COMMERCIAL COURTS
In view of the existing vacancies in the Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, it is hereby reorganized as follows:

| Asst. Secretary: | Atty. Karen A. Adriano (OAJ Brion) |
| Secretariat: | Atty. Marc Anthony M. Peralta (OAJ Brion) |
The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, and Members of the Secretariat of the Committee, including those who have rendered service as part of the said Committee prior to the issuance of this Memorandum Order, shall receive the usual expense allowances.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 9th day of May 2013.
