SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-2017
CREATING THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP OF THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON COMMERCIAL COURTS
WHEREAS, the Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts (SCC) convened on 16 February 2017 in preparation for the drafting of rules of procedure "that shall respond to the technical requirements of cybercrime prosecution and aid the cybercrime courts in the exercise of their special jurisdiction;"
WHEREAS, the urgent task before the SCC requires a select group of individuals with highly-specialized training and expertise in cybercrime and cyber-related matters, to work on a draft of the Rules of Procedure in Cybercrime Cases;
NOW, THEREFORE, a Technical Working Group of the Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts is hereby created and constituted as follows:
