SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28-08
REORGANIZING THE SUB COMMITTEE ON E-COMMERCE AND CREATING A TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP THEREOF
Upon the recommendation of the Chairperson, Justice Jose C. Vitug, the Sub Committee on e-Commerce, under the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court, is hereby reorganized as follows:

Likewise, upon the recommendation of Justice Vitug, a technical working group (TWG) is hereby created under the Sub Committee on e-Commerce. The said TWG shall be responsible for laying the groundwork for putting up the infrastructure of an E-filing system, to supplement the work of the Sub Committee on the formulation of special rules of procedure that would govern e-Filing of pleadings and other documents with the Court. The TWG on e-Filing shall be composed of the following:

The Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, Members, and Members of the Secretariat of the above sub committee and the TWG, including those who have rendered service as part of the said sub committee and TWG prior to the issuance of this Memorandum Order, shall receive the usual expense allowances.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 22nd day of July 2008.
