SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-10
CREATING THE HALLS OF JUSTICE COORDINATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Section 6, Article VIII of the Constitution grants the Supreme Court administrative supervision over all courts and its personnel;
WHEREAS, in view of the dynamic needs of society and fast-changing trends in technology, there must be sustained effort to streamline and coordinate administrative functions of the Judiciary;
WHEREAS, in 2007, the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR) was created to build a strong foundation for the Judiciary and to reform the system to meet the challenging times;
WHEREAS, there is a need to create a body which will oversee the progress of the Court's on-going projects under the APJR, to ensure its full and immediate implementation and address the continuing concerns of stakeholders;
In view of the foregoing, the Hall of Justice Coordinating Committee is hereby organized as follows:

The Chairperson, Working Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Members and Members of the Secretariat of the above committee, including those who have rendered service as part of the said committee prior to the issuance of this Memorandum Order, shall receive the expense allowance presently authorized.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 10th day of August 2010.
