Reinstatement of LOI No. 1502 Re: Appointment of the Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A.
On February 4, 1986, President Ferdinand E. Marcos issued Letter of Instructions No. 1519, reinstating Letter of Instructions No. 1502 regarding the appointment of Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A. (SGS). This reinstatement followed the revocation of LOI No. 1502 by LOI No. 1506 due to pending clarifications from SGS. LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1519
REINSTATING LETTER OF INSTRUCTION NO. 1502 REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SOCIETE GENERALE DE SURVEILLANCE S.A. (SGS)
WHEREAS, LOI No. 1502 dated 23 December 1985 has been revoked last 29 December 1985 by LOI No. 1506 in view of some clarifications that Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A. (SGS) has to submit; aisa dc
WHEREAS, the SGS has already complied with the necessary requirements to the satisfaction of the authorities concerned;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order the restoration of LOI No. 1502 and declaring LOI 1505 as null and void, having been superseded by this Letter of Instructions. cd i
