Procurement of Air Conditioning Units for the Different Halls of Justice Nationwide

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows: ACIESH
"A.M. No. 12-1-3-SC (Re: Procurement of Air Conditioning Units for the Different Halls of Justice Nationwide). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee for the Halls of Justice (BAC-HOJ), to:
(a) APPROVE the budgetary amount for the procurement of window-type air conditioning units for the different Halls of Justice nationwide in the amount of Twenty Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P20,733,150.00), chargeable against the appropriations for the maintenance and other operating expenses for the Halls of Justice; and
(b) AUTHORIZE the BAC-HOJ to conduct the procurement of the subject air conditioning units in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations." Brion, J., on official leave. (adv183)
