Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-6-17-SC (Re: Request for Authority to Extend the Service Contracts of Security and Janitorial Agencies in the Halls of Justice Nationwide and to Conduct Re-bidding on the Procurement of Security and Janitorial Services). — The Court Resolved to APPROVE the breakdown of the budgets and budgetary cost estimates for security and janitorial services, as submitted by the Bids and Awards Committee for the Halls of Justice through its Memorandum dated July 25, 2012, subject to confirmation by the Fiscal Management and Budget Office of the availability of funds."
