REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4817
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF SOUTHERN LEYTE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Southern Leyte General Hospital in the Province of Southern Leyte is hereby increased from twenty-five beds to seventy-five beds. cd
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
