REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7542
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE HINUNANGAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINUNANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY- FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINUNANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Hinunangan Community Hospital in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Hinunangan District Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
