Expansion and Upgrade of Medicare Community Hospital in San Miguel, Surigao del Sur into a District Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7546

AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN MIGUEL DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The medicare community hospital in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity medicare hospital into a twenty-five bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the San Miguel District Hospital. cd

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
