Expansion and Upgrade of Tinambac Medicare Hospital in Tinambac, Camarines Sur into a District Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7521

AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE TINAMBAC MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TINAMBAC DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Tinambac Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifteen-bed capacity medicare hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Tinambac District Hospital. acd

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
