Establishment of Hinunangan Municipal Hospital in Southern Leyte
Batas Pambansa Blg. 570, enacted on June 24, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, named the Hinunangan Municipal Hospital. The construction and initial operation of the hospital will be funded by an amount not exceeding 750,000 pesos, allocated from appropriations intended for new or expanded hospitals. Subsequent operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 1984.

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 570
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINUNANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINUNANGAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, a ten-bed municipal hospital to be known as the Hinunangan Municipal Hospital. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
