Increase in Bed Capacity of Southern Leyte Provincial Hospital in Maasin, Southern Leyte

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7176
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SOUTHERN LEYTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Southern Leyte Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
