Increase in Bed Capacity of Anahawan Emergency Hospital in Anahawan, Southern Leyte

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 566
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ANAHAWAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANAHAWAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM TWENTY-FIVE TO FIFTY BEDS
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Anahawan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Anahawan, Province of Southern Leyte, is increased from twenty-five to fifty beds. asia dc
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
