PROCLAMATION NO. 1301

DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL, STO. TOMAS, BATANGAS, AS PART OF THE EXISTING FIRST PHILIPPINE INDUSTRIAL PARK II — SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate several parcels of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 15-380 (s. 2015) and 15-463 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at Barangay San Rafael, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, as part of the existing First Philippine Industrial Park II-Special Economic Zone, with an aggregate land area of One Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Seven (109,867) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Consolidated Technical Description

A parcel of land, comprising Lot Nos. 803 and 804, Cad-424, Sto. Tomas Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of San Rafael, Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the N and W San Juan River; on the E by Lot 15, Pcs-04-029595 (previously Lot 802, Cad-424); and on the S by portion of Lot 16, Pcs-04-029595 (previously Lot 796, Cad-424).

Bounded on the NE, line 1-2 by Lot 796; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 808; along line 3-4 by Lot 807; along line 4-5 by Lot 3085; on the SW., along 5-6 by San Juan River (30-40 m. wide); and on the NW., along line 6-1 by Lot 805, all of CAD 424, Sto. Tomas Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 37 deg. 51' W., 1,953.48 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-424, Sto. Tomas, Cadastre; thence:
