DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, FOR INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CARMELRAY INDUSTRIAL PARK I-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by R.A. No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby designate, subject to the provisions of R.A. No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 15-381 dated 16 July 2015 of the Board of Directors of the PEZA, a parcel of land located in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna for inclusion to the existing Carmelray Industrial Park I-Special Economic Zone, with an area of Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Square Meters (32,937 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 060-2014001380 (Lot 59-B, Psd-04-131464, being a portion of Lot 59, Pcs-043405-008347, LRC Record No.) situated in the Barangay of Canlubang, City of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 33, Pcs-043405-008347, on the NE along line 3-4 by Road Lot 6, Pcs-04-005474. Bounded on the SE., along lines 4-23 by Lot 59-A of the subdivision plan. Bounded on the SW., along line 23-1 by Lot 58, Pcs-043405-008347.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N., 89 deg. 40' W., 3,019.18 m. from BBM No. 36, CAD 154, Calamba Cad.;
