CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY GANADO, BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING LAGUNA INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-438 dated 24 September 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Ganado, Biñan, Laguna as an inclusion to the existing Laguna International Industrial Park Special Economic Zone, consisting of TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT (10,488) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following descriptions:

"Lot 1

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan (LRA) Pcs-36038 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 11, Block 3, Pcs-04-116009; Lot 5-A, Psd-043403-06781, Lot 2, Pcs-04-016404 L.R.C. Record No. 8374), situated in the Barrio of Ganado, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., and SE., points 12 to 15 by Lot 5, of the consolidation subdivision plan; on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 10, Block 3, Pcs-04-116009; on the NE., points 2 to 3 by the Road Lot 1, Pcs-04-0060000; on the SE., and NE., points 3 to 8 by Lot 2, of the consolidation subdivision plan; on the SW., points 8 to 10 by Lot 1, Pcs-04-016404; on the NW., points to 10 to 11 by Road Lot 3, Pcs-04-006000.

Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being S. 09 deg. 37' W., 932.02 m. from LM 14, Biñan Estate.

Mons. 15x60 cm. bearings true; date of original survey, executed by Isabelo U. Muñoz, Geodetic Engineer, on December 8, 2007.
