CREATING AND DESIGNATING THREE (3) PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CARMELRAY INDUSTRIAL PARK I SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 07-472 dated 10 October 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna as an inclusion to the existing Carmelray Industrial Park I Special Economic Zone, consisting of SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY (64,780) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: aETAHD

A parcel of land (Lot 25, of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-04-004129, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 & 16, Psd-04-024595, LRC Cad. Record No. 8418), situated in Barangay Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 22; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 37 (Road Lot); on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 26, all of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 18, Psd-04-024595; and on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot 24 and along line 6-1 by Lot 23, both of the consolidation-subdivision plan.
