DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY ALANGILAN, BATANGAS CITY, BATANGAS PROVINCE AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK) TO BE KNOWN AS THE BATSTATEU KNOWLEDGE, INNOVATION AND SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby designate a parcel of land to be known as the BatStateU Knowledge, Innovation and Science Technology Park, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 17-644 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-242 (s. 2018), located in Barangay Alangilan, Batangas City, Batangas Province as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology [IT] Park), with an aggregate area of Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Four Square Meters (27,254 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HTcADC

A parcel of land (Lot 5487-B [TCT 052-2016002127], Csd-4A-001025-D, portion of Lot 5487, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre) situated in Barangay Alangilan, Batangas City, Batangas Province.

Bounded on the NW, along line 1-2 by Lot 5488, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre; on the NW and NE, along lines 2-4 by Lot 5502, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre; on the NE, along lines 4-11 by a creek with bank protection (40.00 m. wide); on the SE and SW, along lines 11-14 by Lot 5486, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre; and on the W, along line 14-1 by Lot 5487-A, Csd-4A-001025-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 5487-B, Csd-4A-001025-D, being N 9 deg. 29' W, 599.79 m. from BBM No. 26, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre:

thence N 85 deg. 21' E' 53.87 m. to point 2;

beginning, containing an area of Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Four Square Meters (27,254 m²). All points referred to are marked on the ground as follows: corners 2 to 14 are Old BL and the rest are cyl. conc. Mons. 15x60 cm. Bearings true; date of original survey May 1930 to November 1934; subd. surveyed on 20 June 1978 and approved on 30 June 1978; Geodetic engineer was Godofredo Chavez. CAIHTE
