CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY SINGALAT, PALAYAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 16-630 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Park, to be known as the Palayan City Government Center & Central Business Hub located at Barangay Singalat, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, with an area of Thirty Thousand Thirteen (30,013 m²) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot No. 1-B-2-A-2-B-5-B-1-A-2-A

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1-B-2-A-2-B-5-B-1-A-2-A, Psd-03-218927 being a portion of Lot 1-B-2-A-2-B-5-B-1-A-2, Psd-03-196819) situated in the Barangay Singalat, Palayan City, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1-B-2-A-2-B-5-B-1-A-1, Psd-03-196819; on the NW., NE., SE., and SW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-1 by Lot 1-B-2-A-2-B-5-B-1-A-2-B, Psd-03-218927.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 59 deg. 48'E., 16,455.15 m. from BLLM No. 1, CAD 51, Cabanatuan Cadastre.

Date of original survey, September 30, 1994-October 30, 1994. Date of subdivision survey, January 15, 2016 and approved on March 7, 2016.
