EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION AND PREVENTION OF BLINDNESS IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC., UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1983

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., is a non-profit organization established to serve as a national organization to provide a central system of management responsible for giving direction, forging unity and effective coordination of present efforts aimed at preventing the incidence of blindness and rehabilitation of the blind;

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 2117 to conduct a fund campaign during the period from July 15, 1981 to December 31, 1982.

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., needs more time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., up to December 31, 1983. cd i
