EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE REHABILITATION FUND, INC., UP TO OCTOBER 31, 1982
WHEREAS, the Philippine Rehabilitation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization engaged in providing support and assistance to the projects of the National Commission Concerning Disabled Persons (NCCDP) and all other agencies and instrumentalities concerned with disability prevention and rehabilitation of the disabled;
WHEREAS, the Philippine Rehabilitation Fund, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 2020 to conduct a fund campaign during the period from October 15, 1980 to October 14, 1981;
WHEREAS, the Philippine Rehabilitation Fund, Inc., needs more time to raise more funds to achieve its goals;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Rehabilitation Fund, Inc. up to October 31, 1982.
