PROCLAMATION NO. 2192
AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DISABLED, INC., TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 1, 1982 TO APRIL 30, 1983
WHEREAS, the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled, Inc., is a non-profit organization which provides assistance to the disabled; and
WHEREAS, said organization needs public support to enable it to carry on with its laudable objectives.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled, Inc., to conduct a fund campaign during the period of May 1, 1982 to April 30, 1983.
