Proclamation No. 2431, issued on June 25, 1985, extends the educational fund campaign of Mga Lingkod Bayan until December 31, 1986. This extension follows previous proclamations that initially allowed the campaign to run until December 31, 1984, but were amended to continue fundraising efforts. The extension aims to provide Mga Lingkod Bayan with additional time to achieve its funding objectives under the same terms as specified in earlier proclamations. The proclamation was signed by President Ferdinand E. Marcos in Manila.
