CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO PARCELS OF LAND, TO BE KNOWN AS EMBARCADERO DE LEGAZPI, LOCATED AT LEGAZPI PORT AREA, LEGAZPI CITY, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, AS TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolutions No. 02-342 dated 10 October 2002 and Resolution No. 07-554 dated 28 November 2007, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, two parcels of land to be known as Embarcadero De Legazpi as tourism economic zone with information technology component located at Legazpi Port Area, Legazpi City, Province of Albay, with a aggregate area of Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Six and 60/100 (58,636.60) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: cAaETS

This Lot is outside Cad-47, Legaspi Cadastre and Cad-56, Albay Cadastre."
