DECLARING A PARCEL OF RECLAIMED LAND AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE (A & D) UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF PHILIPPINE RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (PRA), LOCATED IN BARANGAY VICTORY VILLAGE, CITY OF LEGAZPI, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a parcel of reclaimed land as alienable and disposable (A & D), identified under Plan RI-05-000005-D, located at Barangay Victory Village, City of Legazpi, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: AICEDc
