DECLARING FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (56,417) SQUARE METERS OF RECLAIMED LAND UNDER THE MANILA-CAVITE COASTAL ROAD AND RECLAMATION PROJECT (MCCRRP), AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE PHILIPPINE RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (PRA)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare the reclaimed land under the Manila-Cavite Coastal Road Reclamation Project (MCCRRP) described as Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 4, all of RL-00-000016 containing an area of FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (56,417) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as Alienable and Disposable (A and D) and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Philippine Reclamation Authority subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual ground survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: SDHCac
