Declaring a Parcel of Reclaimed Land in Tagum City, Davao del Norte as Alienable and Disposable Land

DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF RECLAIMED LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY MADAUM, CITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF PHILIPPINE RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (PRA)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a certain parcel of reclaimed land of the public domain situated in Barangay Madaum, City of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, as alienable and disposable (A & D) lands and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), and more particularly described as follows: cHCIDE

"On the N.E.S. & on the W., along lines 20-21-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 by Davao Gulf. Beginning at a point marked "1" on Plan being S. 79 deg. 13' 1369.69 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 45, Cad-276, thence:

beginning. Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FOUR (103,704) SQUARE METERS, more or less subject for precise survey.

The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) shall pay the value of the land to the National Government through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) which shall conduct the appraisal of the land.

The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of PRA upon full payment of the total value of the land.
