PROPOSED PROCLAMATION CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT MACASANDIG, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS PASEO DEL RIO DE CAGAYAN ECONOMIC TOURISM ZONE, AS A TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, as Tourism Economic Zone subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Nos. 02-342 and 09-619 dated 10 October 2002 and 07 December 2009, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, two parcels of land of the private domain located at Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City with an aggregated area of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight (120,378) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HAaScT
