CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE BUKIDNON AGRO-RESOURCES EXPORT ZONE, SITUATED IN A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAY AGUSAN CANYON, MUNICIPALITY OF MANOLO FORTICH, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AS AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate the Bukidnon Agro-Resources Export Zone as Agro-Industrial Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-232 dated 16 May 2007, and Resolution No. 07-278 dated 02 July 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Agusan Canyon, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao containing an aggregate area of Four Hundred Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred (461,700) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: ScTIAH
