CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY SAN JOSE, QUEZON, BUKIDNON, AS AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE TO BE KNOWN AS QUEZON AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land located in Barangay San Jose, Quezon, Bukidnon, as an Agro-Industrial Economic Zone to be known as the Quezon Agro-Industrial Zone, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and PEZA Board Resolution No. 21-002 (s. 2021), with an area of Fifty Thousand square meters (50,000 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Pcs-10-005474 of the consolidation-subdivision plan of Lots 7543 (Transfer Certificate of Title [TCT] No. 133-2021005010) and 7580 (TCT No. 133-2021005009) all of CAD 895-D, situated in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Bukidnon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by SGS-10-001164 (Property of Jose Miguel S. Fortich); along line 2-3 by SGS-10-001157 (Property of Paolo Antonio S. Campus); on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, PCS-10-005474; on the SE., along line 4-5 by SGS-10-001160 (Property of Michael Fortich); on the SE., along line 5-6-7 by SGS-10-001147 (Property of Maria Pilar Fortich); on the S., along line 7-1 by Lot 2549, CAD 895-D, Quezon Cad.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 66 deg. 18' W., 2,296.32 m. from BLLM No. 01, CAD 895-D, Quezon Cad., to corner of "1" of Lots:

thence N. 02 deg. 25' W., 227.85 m. to point 2;

beginning, containing an area of Fifty Thousand square meters (50,000 m²), more or less. Bearings Grid; corners 5-6-7-1-2 are Old Points and the rest are PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. The sketch plan with technical description was prepared by Private Geodetic Engr. Marcelino P. Dublas; checked by Isidro J. Jabla, Officer-in-Charge, Survey and Mapping Division, Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Region X (DENR-Region X) on 20 March 2020; and approved by Aldrich S. Resma, Officer-in-Charge, Technical Services, DENR-Region X on 20 March 2020.
