CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN UPPER KLINAN, MUNICIPALITY OF POLOMOLOK, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, AS AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 07-232 (s. 2007) and Resolution No. 09-091 (s. 2009), as amended by Resolution No. 19-385 (s. 2019), a parcel of land located in Upper Klinan, Municipality of Polomolok, South Cotabato, as an agro-industrial economic zone, to be known as the SRC Upper Klinan Economic Development Zone, with an area of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Two square meters (117,762 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 2676, Rel-12-000083-AR

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-1 (Lot 2676, Pls-247-D of the subdivision plan, Rel-12-000083-AR), situated in Upper Klinan, Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2-3 by Lot 2675, Pls-247-D; on the SW., and NW., along line 3-4-5-6 by Road; on the NE., along the line 6-1 by Lot 2689, Pls-247-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 75 deg. 02' E., 4,471.70 m. from BLLM No. 1, Polomolok, G.S.C.;

thence S. 44 deg. 48' W., 340.38 m. to point 2;

beginning; containing an area of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Two square meters (117,762 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: corners 2 & 5 PS 15x50 cms., and the rest by old PLS 15x60 cms. Bearings True; Date of original survey, 14 April 1955, and that of the subdivision survey executed on 05 January 2012 by Geodetic Engineer Adelino A. Fulgueras and approved on 21 May 2012.
