DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA
WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 24, 2009, marks the 438th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Manila;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Manila be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 24, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Manila. ETDHaC
