Proclamation No. 1722, issued on February 10, 2009, declares February 11, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga. DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA
WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 11, 2009, the City of Iriga marks the celebration of Tinagba Festival and the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes; ETHSAI
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 11, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
