DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 8, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN ISABELA CITY, BASILAN
WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 8, 2009, celebrates the town fiesta of the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan; HTDCAS
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by the power of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 8, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan.
