DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 1985, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL AND THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN

WHEREAS, the people of Bohol and Tagbilaran City desire that they be afforded the opportunity to commemorate his natal day with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, November 4, 1985, as a non-working special public holiday in the Province of Bohol and the City of Tagbilaran.
