PROCLAMATION NO. 2467

DECLARING DECEMBER 2, 1985 AS SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, December 2, 1985, marks the 122nd Foundation Anniversary and 38th year as a City of Pasay; and

WHEREAS, the people of Pasay City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare December 2, 1985, as special public non-working holiday in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
