PROCLAMATION NO. 2400
DECLARING FEBRUARY 27, 1985 AS SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, February 27, 1985, marks the Foundation Anniversary of General Santos City; and cd i
WHEREAS, the people of General Santos City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare February 27, 1985, as special public non-working holiday in General Santos City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 25th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five.
