WHEREAS, February 27, 1985, marks the Foundation Anniversary of General Santos City; and cd i
WHEREAS, the people of General Santos City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare February 27, 1985, as special public non-working holiday in General Santos City.
