DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, the 47th Foundation Anniversary of the City of General Santos falls on Thursday, February 27, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the people therein desire to commemorate this milestone in the history of their city with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 27, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of General Santos.
