PROCLAMATION NO. 904
DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, on 27 February 2020, Thursday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 81st Founding Anniversary and the 31st Kalilangan Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 27 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
