DECLARING MARCH 16, 1985 (ARAW NG DABAW) AS SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO
WHEREAS, March 16, 1985, marks the 48th Foundation Anniversary of Davao City; and
WHEREAS, the people of Davao City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies. cd i
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare March 16, 1985, as special public non-working holiday in Davao City.
