PROCLAMATION NO. 2262

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1983, AS "CABANATUAN CITY DAY"

WHEREAS, the 32nd Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City falls on Thursday, February 3, 1983; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cabanatuan City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this occasion with fitting ceremonies; cd i

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 1983, as "Cabanatuan City Day". The day, however, will be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
