DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN
WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 3, 2010, marks the 60th Foundation Day anniversary of Cabanatuan City; IaHDcT
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cabanatuan the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 3, 2010 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 3, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
