PROCLAMATION NO. 2264

DECLARING FEBRUARY 16, 1983, AS "KALOOKAN CITY DAY"

WHEREAS, February 16th marks the charter anniversary of the City of Kalookan; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Kalookan City should be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare February 16, 1983, as "Kalookan City Day". The day, however, will be a regular working and school day. cd i
