DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 8, 2009, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Batangas;
WHEREAS, to give the people of the Province of Batangas the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the history of their province, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2009 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 8, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
