Proclamation No. 1957, issued on November 27, 2009, declares December 8, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union. WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 8, 2009, marks the 431st Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union; ADCIca
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2009 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 8, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
