WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2008, marks the 430th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union; DEICTS
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
