DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2008, marks the 427th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Batangas; HSaEAD
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
